I have been working as a Fund Administrator for Alternate Funds industry and Traditional Funds industry and managed Luxembourg and European Reputed clients Funds.
Coordinating with Fund administration companies located in Europe region to get the Financial information of the underlining fund and monitoring upstream, Downstream activities and price variances.
Working with Bloomberg and Reuters platforms for the price movements and monitoring the NAV per share impact on total value of the fund.
Monitoring the cash related activities within the fund and reconciling cash related activities.
Preparing monthly and weekly Fund valuation reports and calculating the Final NAV of the Fund with close monitoring the individual tasks assigned with minimum errors and ensuring the on time delivery of the fund activities.
Preparing the knowledge sharing sessions for the team mates on financial industry and best practices and update the team knowledge and sharing the new thoughts to minimize the mistakes and building a good relationship with team members.
Meeting with clients face to face or via webinar technologies and discussing the overall performance on monthly basis and identifying key performance areas in the fund and work on KPI's assigned.
Working with portfolio valuation software like Advent Geneva and Icon for the valuation reporting and ensuring the monthly deliverables are prepared on time and delivered on time See less
