Assessing quality of all tender documents, contracts and PO Educating the team and promoting quality awareness among project team members
Drafting monthly quality report and participating in Annual Management Review
Preparing quality intervention plans for procured items
Interacting with the clients and project teams
Network support and general configuration
Helping customers solve technical issues with our widgets
Assist with the testing of internal applications and projects
Updating self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves
Testing and fixing faulty equipment’s
Working with field engineers to visit customers/employees if the problem is more serious
Preparation of training manuals for users
