JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Preparation of Document, Loop Checking, Functional test, trouble shooting, Start up, Line up all instruments, Functional
test of Fire Gas.)
• Performed SIT procedure for INVENSIS TRICONIX TMR ESD system
• Carry out the SIT procedure for INVENSIS FOXBRO I/A SERIES CONTROL System
• carry out SIT procedure for GE -BENTLY NEVDA 3500 MACHINE CONTROL MONITRING SYSTEM
• Preparation and Review of pre-commissioning / commissioning document, Check Sheet, Test
sheet.
• Preparation and Review of Commissioning Loop folder as per System & Sub System
• Performing and witnessing the all type of instruments, Control valves, ESD, ON/OFF valves Fire &Gas, Analyzer instrument, Loop testing, Alarm point checking,
• Performed in Loop checking and fault finding as per Loop wiring & Schematic Logic Diagram.
• Performing Control Valves and ESD valves operation and stroke check.
• Functional test of Motors, Heaters, Recycle Gas Compressors, ESD Valves.
• Start up time line up the all instruments and the Level Transmitters are filling the particular
fluid in the Tubing, calculate the upper and lower rang value .
• Functional test of all type of Fire and Gas instruments and calibration of instruments.
• Performing functional test of Fire & Gas all type Detectors Instruments
• Troubleshooting of all type instruments all type valves. and line up the instruments
• Understanding & Solve the Loop Diagrams, Logic diagram, Interlock Drawing, Cause & Effect,
Inst Hook-up and all Panel & Vender Wiring Details.
• Witness and acceptance the Commissioning Loop Folder as per System & Sub System
• Preparation of punch list and Review of Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning dossiers
• Coordinate between Contractor and Operator the work permits and lock-out/ tag out permits
• Start up time line up the all instruments and the Level Transmitters are filling the particular
fluid in the tubing.
• Assisted INVENSIS engineer for configuring points, values, ranges, alaram set points, Ho/Lo
points, and service description for the respective loops as per the details /feedback from the
Client
• Represent company during weekly meeting consuming schedule plan activity and project plan
for commissioning besides Co-ordination with sub contractors and dealing of technical
Matters with client.
• Functional test of Lube oil cooling system, Control Oil cooling system and Final gas separator
System
Construction of Instrumentation
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

(preparation of Documents, installation, Calibration, Cable Termination, Loop Checking, Punch list
Coordination)
• Coordinated with Client, Vendor, Construction and Process engineering document.
• Collecting the all as built Drawing and Vender document.
• Collecting the P&ID, Cable Try layout Drawing, Instrument location lay out Drawing, JB Location
Drawing, anal Termination Drawing, and JB Termination Drawing.
• Distribute the all type drawing to the sub contractor and Coordinate with the sub contractor team
Erection and Termination.
• Preparation of Master Database as per Instrument Tag List, I/O List, Loops drawings, Connection
Diagrams, Instrument Set point & Alarm management.
• Verify the all Instruments and collecting the Punch list, submitted to particular Team Leader.
• Man power arranging.
• Work within department and Project procedure and to recognize engineering standard.
• System and Sub system boundary mark - up on the P&ID based on the sequence of commissioning
Flow with the co-ordination of process and other discipline engineers.
• Review and approve sub-contractor commissioning document for completion as per QP
• Held the responsibility for pre-commissioning activities involving process and fire &gas loops
