Fulfilling the needs for the leisure travelers by suggesting them various options in according to their budget and needs.
Having extensive knowledge of online reservations system with Gulliver's Travel Associates Systems, Destinations of the World, Middle East Voucher programmed, Global Reservations.
Preparation of destination fliers and information for advertising and personal mailing.
Organizing travel workshops, meetings, familiarization trips connected with leisure & travel.

Attainments: Successfully administered corporate group of 160 passengers to Malaysia.

The company is a part of the 1.5 billion Murugappa Group. It is one of the earliest IATA recognized agency since 1948 in Chennai. It handles both International and domestic for business and leisure. It pioneered the designing and marketing of escorted tours to cosmopolitan travelers in India. Parry also has escorted travelers across the globe, to
various destinations including Europe, Australia, New Zealand, USA, Africa, Mauritius, South Asia, and the Far East.

Role: Administering entire gamut of inbound and outbound tour operations
Attending to individual walk in clients and create customized packages for them
Handling Domestic and International queries and reservations.
Attainments: Successfully administered a group of 50 passengers to Thailand.

Executive - Reservations and Sales
DOTW as commonly known amongst the travel fraternity is a dedicated, global wholesale travel company providing
travel agents, tour operators and airlines with access to its Online Reservation System to book Travel Services in over 600 cities worldwide. Through the established network of global offices in more than 16 countries with the Head
Office in UAE, the company provides a full Incoming Service in each of these regions.

Role: Making Bookings on Web Based Reservation Systems of own company as well as overseas suppliers
Planning Itineraries in consultation with Travel Agents.
Counseling & Reservation of various travel related services.
Coordinating with the branches for the bookings
Preparing MIS Reports

Role: Compiling group packages called Duniya Dekho, as well customized bookings of walk in clients and corporate.
Creating itineraries and costing for International holiday packages.
Making Bookings on Web Based Reservation Systems of overseas suppliers (Gulliver's Travels, Star Cruises, TATA
AIG Overseas Travel Insurance, etc)
Planning Itineraries in consultation with Travel Agents Corporate Clients & Direct Customers.
Interacting with passengers to troubleshoot on complaints & ensure customer satisfaction by achieving delivery
service norms.
