Cascade HR Objectives down to the the above 2 functions and achieve them by leading a team of over 10 dedicated proffessionals
Ascertain and facilitate the Learning and Development Requirements of the bank
Design and Delivering Training and Coaching programs
Design and Deliver Career Development Programs
Launch and Lead the SIb Academy
Lead the Business Excellence projects of the bank particularly in the area applying for various national and international business excellence awards

Major Achievements

Increased associate satisfaction in Training from 58% to 77% in 2 years and maintained the positive trend from then on

Designed and Delivered multiple Competency based development programs which won the bank the Dubai Human Developement award and the Best Practise honor.

Personally delivered 21 different Training Programs with special focus on Banking, Islamic Finance and Soft skills

Amassed an enviable Trainee Satisfaction rate of 99.5%

Launched the Sib Academy and designed and delivered the highly successful Visions2Reality Conference in association with the Department of Economic Development, Government of Dubai

Led a multi disciplinary improvement team and prepared submission documents to earn the bank the Dubai Quality, Dubai Human Development Award, Maktoum bin Rashid al Maktoum and the Sharjah Excellence Awards

Represented the bank in Various prestigious forums like Najah Train Me Conference and Dubai Quality Group, Share Best Practices forum

Achieved an enviable ratio of 75: 25 with respect to Internal and External Trainings thereby reducing costs phenomenally

Increased Staff product Knowledge from 13% to 82%

Designed and Delivered various Emiritization programs.

Created and delivered a live Competency Assessment centre that was used by SIB and other prestigious Organizations

Developed and Launched the e-learning platform internally
