My job responsibilities:
-Ensuring the highest standard of customer service is provided to customers of Emirates, provide them with details on Emirates tariff fares and actively issue online tickets.
-Issuing Emirates tickets to customers ensuring that all necessary airline rules and regulations are incorporated and that the customer request is met in order to provide them with excellent service. Highlight to customers the legal requirements covering their journey such as passport, visa & health requirements and other details such as check-in place and time.
-Actively involved in suggesting new ideas and providing recommendations on the improvement of the service provided, thereby increasing revenue and ensuring Emirates success as a market leading airline.
-Ensuring that all necessary documentation is filed; time tables updated, brochures, sale and promotional material is properly displayed on individual counters providing various options to the customer which will assist in increasing sales.
-Creating database of all potential customers and develop a personal relationship with them by giving occasional calls and informing them of new services provided, there by the customer always contacts the Agent for their travel needs.
-Process tickets, check baggage, monitor carry-on baggage for size and quantity, and assign seats
-Provide information on arrival and departure times, boarding procedures, carry-on regulations, and seating arrangements
-Handle denied boarding situations, solicit volunteers, re-accommodate customers and provide hotel, meal, and taxi vouchers
-Assist Customers with special needs, i.e., Customers who need assistance in boarding.
.Job responsibilities:
-Worked as part of a team within own and the larger administrative function by sharing work practices and approaches. Worked closely with the Cabin Crew Service Centre, Staff Travel, and Human Resources. Ensured administrative support to Manager Cabin Crew (MCCs) and Cabin crew as required.
-Independently research, gather, collate and present accurate and timely data on crew performance and productivity for the CCM/MCC. Keeping a record on crew performance, prepare all necessary supporting documents for Cabin Crew Manager to review and take immediate and prompt action.
-Track down and monitor crew attendance. Review complex cases with Cabin Crew Manager, and proactively prepare for action plans as required and follow up appointments etc.
-Ensuring telephone messages and emails are responded to within the stipulated time lines, providing accurate and concise responses. Direct crew queries to applicable and alternative sources, ensuring resolution of their queries and adequate follow up.
