Put in various methodology in machine parameter and changed logics which led to reduction of the defects in stem cutter moisture mean from 38% to 16%.
Leveraged my gained knowledge of material handling equipment such as conveyors, bucket elevators and crushers at Vedanta aluminum to a sustainable increase of throughput by 1100 Kg/hr.
The team in which I was a part had zero instances of Lost term injury in last 3 years.
Gave various inputs at design level to bring in product integrity systems which reduces human error by installing various sensors.
I single handedly Developed Product Quality analyzer system which won 2nd in the Avishkar for 16-17.
I modified the earlier version of Equipment cleaning Checklist which was recognized the best and replicated across all factories in ITD.
By using various treatment procedures I with the pest control team benchmarked the PTPW for PMD in ITC Munger. On spot training of service providers for concentrated cleaning. Implemented Layout based Infestation monitoring for increasing awareness and technically tackling the Hotspot areas.
The application developed solely by me like Hot Spot auto alert, Big Beetle, Snag Management system has been applauded by PMD specialist and replicated to other factories. These Macro based applications won multiple awards in “Avishkar”.
• Performed as Shift-in Charge for 1 Green Anode Plants since past 14 months.
• Ensure all operation are undertaken in a safe manner in accordance with ISO standards and company HR policies
• Trouble shootingand Maintenanceof problems related to l Equipment’s like Vibro Compactor, Ball Mills, Belt Conveyors, Roller Conveyors, Bucket Elevators, Impact Crushers, Bag Filters etc.
• Was responsible for the maintenance of Conveyor systems which included Belt Shortening, Jointing( Hot, Cold Vulcanization, Lap), alignment, Take-up Adjustment etc.
• Meeting monthly Production targets by minimizing breakdowns and effective utilization of resources.
• Trouble shooting breakdowns effectively and in time, later carrying out root cause analysis of the problem to come out with its permanent solution.
• Working with the team for continuous improvement Projectsto enhance the Performance and efficiency of Equipment or the Plant
I have Graduated from Indira Gandhi Institute Of technology which is one among the three Government Engineering colleges in Odisha. This college is known for its Mechanical and Electrical Branches.
