Bear a full & comprehensive knowledge of the Hotel, including all departments, services, outlets, amenities and functions.
Ensure the guest are familiarized of all the facilities and services within the suite.
Maintain a high level of communication & feedback within the departments.
Welcome guests in a good manner and warmth.
Carry out in check-in and check-out.
Anticipate and meet guest’s needs and requests, ensure complete guest satisfaction.
Complete audits in accordance with the hotel credit policies.
Carry out guests registration, cashiering and administrative tasks.
Coordinate with all concerned departments in order to ensure smooth operations.
Handle complaints and to ensure the guest satisfaction.
