 Leading the team of HSE supervisors/advisors
 Assigned to Lead HSE and Permit Coordinators team for Construction & Pre commissioning.
 Thorough knowledge of Construction, Pre commissioning, Commissioning start up activities and their hazards
 Overall review of Risk assessment, method statement, LOTO, HIPOT, Critical lifting, Electrical etc.
 As required Implement Procedures, Training hand outs and implementation of the Templates, Reports & Procedures according to Project’s requirement.
 Assessment of Internal HSE documentation & Contractors HSE police and practices to ensure they are current and appropriate.
 Conducting Quarterly and participating in Project Safety Index (PSI) (Asset level audits)
 Provide Regular written reports, Participation in Incident/accident investigation, weekly Walkthrough and update to the Senior Management Team
 Implementing & monitoring Health, Safety & Environment systems, Hazard Identification & Risk assessment, Site safety manual, Environment aspect/impact.
 Analyses and review topics for Safety mass tool box Talk
 Actively participate in the scheduling of safety meeting across project to review HSE performance.
 Organize, report weekly safety statistic, dashboard in Weekly Management safety and meeting walkthrough.
 Analyse Near miss, incident and communicate to team on daily/weekly basis or as required depend on priority.
 Meetings to resolve interfaces conflict with other asset on the project
 Liaison with all the Project Contractor, review Program HSE manuals and review crisis management and emergency responses processes and improvements as required.
 Review, permits procedure, Job Safety Task, Safety task assessments. MS
 Gap analyses, organize campaigns periodically, meetings, Discussion, site tours.
