The major responsibilities are to finalize the final accounts, auditing and verifying daily operational activities, verification of the different ledgers, accounts of receivables and payable, Salary Preparation of all the staffs, visiting the loan customer, follow up for the saving and loan customers, settling old loans and making the new loans, verifying the cash and other accounts and many more.
The major responsibilities are to verify the financial documents such as journal vouchers and other cash related documents are posted correctly or not, reconciliation of the receivables and payable of various customers, staffs and students, follow up for the bad debts, arrange the supply of goods from the vendors, prepare the various kinds of MIS reports, stock verification and maintenance of stock ledger, prepare and finalize the financial documents balance sheet, trial balance, profit and loss, cash flow for the audit.
The major responsibilities are to handle the Abu Dhabi branch. Audit the sales and accounts, visit the market on daily basis, receive the order from the customer, arrange for the proper timing delivery, collect the cheque, reconcile the customer’s account with the accounts department, make the new customer, handle the complaints, satisfy the customer about the products knowledge and originality.
The major responsibilities are the monthly accounts preparation for all the sales segments and finalizing that one for each as the salesmen, credit customers, showrooms’ and branches, preparing shortage and excess statements of the branches and showrooms around U.A.E.
Duties to be performed are the daily checking and filing the delivery notes, wastage, sample and discount vouchers. Verification of the daily production of products at the bakeshop. Arrangements for the month end stock taking at all the showrooms and verifying the stock sheets. Daily reconciling the logistics department against the order vs. Production from eleven sections and to the distribution for the sales segments. Preparing various kinds of m.i.sc reports as per the management desire from the different analysis for sales, production, targets, individual sales etc..
This included Microsoft Excel self-designed various structures of formats.
