Based at RCP, their national head office, I was responsible for overall business strategy and financial goals for the Enterprise, Government, SMB and Micro segments for their Data and Voice needs. In this strategic role, I enable 28 state teams across India into a multiplier role for selling Data and Voice solutions, bring cadence in each Product sales process, support processes and replicate best practices across the states. I collaborate with Network, Finance, Market planning and Product teams to create bouquet of service solutions for various cohorts. Jio was kicking off its Enterprise business using JioGiga Fiber platform across India with huge capacities to fulfill their requirements of Bandwidth on demand, Network security, WAN optimization, IoT etc. I enable state teams on sales team dimensioning, customized solutions, customer life cycle & project management. I drive sales team across regions to deliver on their revenue and number targets for Mobile service, Data service and Fixed line business
B2B Business North & East
As North & East B2B head I was responsible for SMB voice and Data product P & L. My day to day operations included Sales and Revenue growth, Customer Mgmt, Project Implementation, Employee Engagement, Quality initiatives, Opex control etc. Annual revenues were in excess of USD 125 Mn with a team strength of approx 100 people. SMB Services B2B arm of Airtel provides integrated Telecom Solutions including Data, Mobile & Fixed Line Services for the top 48000 SMB of India.
