Preparing long term(5 year) and Short term plans(1 year) of the company aligned to the Vision and Mission of the company
Market Research-competitor analysis, Risk analysis
Interaction with market research agencies like CRISIL, FTR-USA, ACEA, AW and developing customized research projects
Coordinating and chairing meetings with top executives, customers, consultants
Preparation of MIS reports-Business dashboard, company performance, Data analysis and solution building based on insights capture from data
Monitor key project milestones, coordinate with cross functional teams
