- Keep record for water tanker (If buying from outside) otherwise meter reading on weekly basis.
- Disposal of sewage water and maintain proper record if tanker hire-in.
- Supervision of Staff/Workers Dining facility.
- Co-ordination with Admin. Dept. for new arrivals/departures
- Co-ordination with Admin. Dept. for distribution of company letters etc.
- Camp Maintenance
• Ordering and maintaining appropriate levels of stock
• Carrying out stock takes and inventories at the end of each month
• Regularly Checking the temperature of chillers, freezers
• Discuss with the chef to plan the menu
• Supervise the purchase and storage of food.
• Supervise provision of all crockery, cutlery, detergents and kitchenware
• Make sure there is adequate food safety by strictly following the HACCP SYSTEM.
• Monitoring the appropriate Maintenance of kitchen heavy equipments
• Plan, coordinate and supervise the activities of workers in dining rooms, kitchens, Housekeeping and other areas
• Conduct staff training on HACCP, SWP, HYGIENE and more.
• Make sure that staff &clients Accommodations, Dining rooms, kitchen, storage facilities and other areas are kept clean and conform to the SANITORY& HYGIENE regulations.
• Food costs management and budget management
• Supervision of staff to ensure they provide excellent standard of food service
• Supervise and implement all HSE activities at the site
• Managing staff accommodation which involves staff meal, cleaning, maintenance, occupancy in the camp, safety & security.
• Report staff movement in and out on daily basis to HR along with the valid reason on each case
• .Handling transportation from camp to site (back & forth) as per different site timings or according to directives from site or head office. Coordinate with HR & Sites for staff transfer or movement from-to different sites, and arrange transport for emergency cases. Maintains records for all the vehicles.
• Coordinate between site & catering services on head count attendance. Quality/Quantity of the food as per service agreement terms and conditions and the approved menu.
• Arrange the delivery of the food to the sites on time. Maintain the hygienic cleanliness of the kitchen & dining areas and food (.hot&cold) storage areas.
• Handle allocation of rooms for new coming workers. Keeping updated records of all staff staying in accommodation.
• Responsible for the clearance of sewerage water from septic tanks and garbage disposals.
• Handle immediate first aid and inform doctor in case of emergency.
• Oversee menu planning, food ordering, meal production and service

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly food service reports - be responsible for running an efficient, quality operation
