Samsung Parts Operation Manager; Responsible for Samsung spare parts warehouse management, process control, Budgeting, Warehouse Design, Deliver services to a multi-user enviornment

Applying a structured process improvement approach to plan, execute and measure the success of the warehouse Improvement projects.
Analyse and oversee the implementation of work methods and operational procedures for activities, such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current.
