Provide technical support to customers by remote on telephone and email
• Handling Reference Clients which provide 80% of the business to the company through
their references
• Manage a team of 10 technical support executives and a direct manager to them.
• Help identify opportunities for process and operational improvements which can generate
revenue.
• Conducting business analysis call with clients and strategizing business plan for clients.
• Develop and manage key relationships with hospitals, ambulatory clinics, account
managers, clinicians and administration.
• Triaging the issues to the appropriate queues and handled escalated issues.
• Coordinate the involvement of the support techs and management resources
• Account performance objectives and client's expectations.
• Effective time and task management simultaneously.
• Practically assess, clarify and validate the client requirements on an ongoing basis.
• Initiating projects for client and working with project management team.
• Provide training to new account managers as and when required
• Desktop and server hardware monitoring and maintenance
• Configure video/audio conference using Polycom and lifesize VC systems
• Configuring and managing of Windows XP, 7 & 8 machines
• Create and Manage user accounts, group assign, and folder access in Domain
• Configure Microsoft Exchange mail in Androids, I phones and I pads
• Configure and troubleshooting MS Outlook 7&10
• Configure and troubleshooting network printers and scanners with card scan
• Troubleshooting Cabling, LAN configuration, Net sharing etc.
• Provide remote assistance to clients technical issues
