Celebrating 100 years in 2020 Diamond meat processing is a strategic site for Siniora growth plan. Responsible for the developing the Logistics operations and warehousing solutions undertook projects to propel towards achieving strategic goals. Ensured meeting the demand of GGC market with minimal lead time. Handling inventories in multiple sites, ensuring production reliability. Heading 50+ staffs and fleet of 21 trucks that ensure quick deliveries and accurate operations.

A 100+ million sales turnover operations where I am responsible for handling Logistics for the five divisions of the company (Food, Toys, Household, Disposables & Lights) with 100+ Staff reporting under me monitored under KPI. Additional task of Planning, designing and Implementing a Distribution Center and all its operations for all divisions, ground up. Audit and regular re-engineering of set processes. Manage all GCC warehouse and operations of Saudi Arabia, Qatar & Oman. Regular Exports to MENA. ● Planned and completed a Distribution center that will cater as core in GCC supply. ● Meanwhile restructured the divisional team and developed them to meet the current requirement, with next phase in mind to facilitate a smooth transition ● Implemented new ERP system, WMS & Inventory replenishment system (GCC). ● Shifting an operation of 15 million of monthly sale without affecting current sales. ● Implemented set standard operation procedure and inventory plan in all GCC warehouses.
Recruited to organize and revamp a small size logistics operation to a full strength distribution power house. More than doubled the previous operation volume by executing successful brand takeover and planned/refined the operations with both Food and Non Food Brands. Managing a team of 35+, in a Fleet strength of 12+ and efficiently distributing 16 brands all over the UAE.
Key Contributions
• Built a sound logistics operations from ground up which enable growth opportunities with minimal increase in operation cost and procurement cost.
• Spearheaded the implementation of HACCP, FIFO practices and Good Warehousing Practices (GWP).
• Provided key inputs to demand forecasting which reduced the overstocking and under stocking errors close to 0 which previously was above 10%
• Implemented preventive maintenance for all machineries pushing maintenance cost to lower when compared with previous and nullified breakdown time.
Recruited to build a customer service and order processing team in the new warehouse premise. Adopt existing HACCP practices. Improve inventory accuracy by cycle counts, discrepancy investigation and meet service level requirement of customers. Supervised a team of 50+, with fleet strength of 16, operating to service 36 brands to HORECAs across UAE.

• Improved Lead time to a maximum of 24hrs by re organizing process flows and fine tweaking staff shifts.
• Improved service levels to above 85% line fill rates by efficient order distribution management. Coordinating with incoming shipments.
• Managed Inventory efficiently introducing ABC and FSN analysis leading to space optimization and reduce errors in inventory.
Recruited for order processing and data entry. Single handedly operated the day to day operations from receipts to orders to delivery and credit notes. Follow up with standing instructions and plan routes for delivery team. Operating with a delivery team of 12, to cater delivery of toys and electronics all over Dubai to customers and branches.

• Escalated chronic issues to Operations Manager for review, which enabled better service levels to customers and branches.
• Improved documentations and filling system in accordance to ISO 9000.
• Also managed export orders and staff attendance details with reporting to higher level.
• Maintained a high level of accuracy by diligent cross checking and compiling of data for future reference.
