* Ensure management and employee’s full understanding of business needs, auditing compliance, tracking progress

* Assist with the development of annual budgets, operational standards, and strategic business goals
* Facilitate the development of the annual budget, operational process, and strategic business goals, devising tailored
proposals for increased efficiency, and reduced operating cost while mitigating or supply chain issues
* Engage high -level negotiations, generating lucrative contracts, and beneficial partnerships with clients via regular,
productive communication
* Ensure all legal regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulation
* Lead the construction team towards to complete the project line with the delivery schedule, contract specifications and
conditions
* Reviewing tender documents and contract documents for covering construction requirements
* Developing project baselines while monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time
over-runs and quality compliance to ensure its satisfactory execution and contributes to the 90 days and weeks look-
ahead plans, and implements work in agreed sequence
* Monitoring day to day construction progress and resources allocation
* Collaborating with Client/ Consultants/ Inter Department/ Sub-contractors/ Vendors for all construction matters including
field engineering & procurement
* Reviewing the performance of subcontractors to assure contract compliance, the application of accepted construction
technology and standards
* Organizing the accumulation of assigned discipline data for the final project turnover and report
* Reviewing & interpreting discipline design drawings and specifications to ensure current revision level and correct
technical execution of the work and ensuring constructability requirements
* Participating in weekly, monthly construction coordination meetings, Method of statements, Job safety Analysis and
progress review meetings
* Ensuring that materials received meet specifications and established standards of quality
* Ensuring that the construct the right way, the first time, in adherence to project and corporate quality assurance policies
and procedures and strong advocate for quality construction.
* Liaising with construction management to eliminate any hazards associated with the work that may adversely affect the
environment or the safety or health of employees
* Performing difficult and complex field engineering assignments involving the design, review, development, execution,
supervision, and coordination of all technical aspects of a Project engineering / construction
* Demonstrates a strong commitment and ownership of health, safety and Environmental excellence and ensure
adherence to the project and corporate HSE procedures and maintain a safe working environment, ensuring permit to
work system (PTW) and SIMOPS Interface Coordination
* Review and attending PHSER’s meeting during construction phase and analyzing HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA
* During construction phase identifying risk and potential bottleneck and opportunity timely manner
* Ensuring lesson learn properly are documented through out the life of the project including project close out.
