I took the whole project management as Senior Engineering and was responsible for bringing the project from design stage to final implementation stage. I monitored and ensured that the development is done as per the specification without violating government standards. I coordinated and supervised engineers, contractors, staffs under me and made the process clear that I get the report of daily activity of each staff by end of day. I used cost evaluation techniques and calculations and ensured that the project cost is kept the minimum without losing quality and efficiency.
Engineering duties including research, concept and alternative development; preliminary engineering experience including roads, drainage, sewer and water, private utilities; coordination of work with clients, subcontractors, agencies and other principals; market analysis and demographic reports; cost analysis and feasibility; preparation of specifications; construction management duties.
