Coordinating and monitoring of all sub-contractors work closely to ensure that the quality of the work is in full compliance to the contract specification, project quality plan and is completed of time.
To plan, coordinate, execute, and monitor all - related activities for an assigned Building.
Supervise jobs based on drawings and specifications.
Ensure work is executed according to contract specifications, approved Design drawings, agreed procedures, and method statements
Interact with consultant regarding the status of work
Check all installations in preliminary stage
Resolve construction-related problems swiftly and appropriately

I took the whole project management as Senior Engineering and was responsible for bringing the project from design stage to final implementation stage. I monitored and ensured that the development is done as per the specification without violating government standards. I coordinated and supervised engineers, contractors, staffs under me and made the process clear that I get the report of daily activity of each staff by end of day. I used cost evaluation techniques and calculations and ensured that the project cost is kept the minimum without losing quality and efficiency.
Engineering duties including research, concept and alternative development; preliminary engineering experience including roads, drainage, sewer and water, private utilities; coordination of work with clients, subcontractors, agencies and other principals; market analysis and demographic reports; cost analysis and feasibility; preparation of specifications; construction management duties.
