● Receive reservations from clients either room accommodation or function reservations thru email, in person or telephone.
● Take down every guest details and assign their rooms and inform guests regarding the room amenities and facilities inside the hotel, policies and procedures.
● Deal with enquiries and requests from guests regarding with the tourist destinations near the hotel, restaurants, malls or live entertainments.
● Perform sales duties such as preparing quotations and banquet agreements for function room reservations for parties, conventions, live-in seminars, etc.
● Perform cashier duties, finalize guest’s total bills and issue receipts upon payment.
● Coordinate with other departments, esp. regarding with guests’ personal laundry, room service deliveries, etc.
● Prepare night shift reports and check sales for the next shift.
