 Coordination with Finance Depart to ensure the payments terms are fulfilled prior to dispatch of materials.
 Getting price quotes from forwarders for Courier, Air, Sea & Land shipments for imports, exports (bargaining to get special quotes for the big volume & heavy shipments)
 Arranging both Air and Sea shipment directly from the suppliers premises to our clients destinations with necessary shipping documents.
 Follow-up with the overseas suppliers on the status of order deliveries of Air & Sea shipments periodically.
 Follow up with suppliers for all type of discrepancies (requesting credit notes etc...)
 Stock control, transfer and adjustment upon approval
 Experienced in Warehouse management system
 Conducting Stock checking for annual Inventory.
 Adjusting the stocks in ERP/Warehouse management system after getting the approval from Management.
 Training warehouse team to use ITMS/WMS & to avoid disputes in the inventory.
