The Project covers the construction of Roads and Utilities for Al-Wakrah Logistic City and Birkat Al Awameer Integrated Worker Accommodations. It includes the utilities, Storm water drainage, Electrical networks, Substations, Traffic Signals, ITS, SSD, Telecommunication network for Ooredoo, QNBN, QAF etc.
Project 2 : Construction of Bypass from Rawdat Rashed Village to Umm Garn (P01)
Doha, Qatar (Post Contract Works)
Client : Public Works Authority (ASHGHAL), Qatar

The Project covers the construction of Bypass road connecting Salwa Road and Dukhan Highway which split into 3 packages (P01/P02/P03) with a length of 8km of 3+3 lane roads up to Package 2. It includes the utilities Storm water drainage, Electrical networks, Substations, ITS, SSD, Telecommunication network for Ooredoo, QNBN, QAF etc.
1. MASDAR City Early plot connections (Post Contract works)
Installation of 1.4 km (250mm & 200mm dia.) Galvanized Steel Pipe for Fire Hydrant and Sprinkler lines inside the underground concrete trench constructed. Also to connect this lines to new buildings and future plots.
Installation of Sewerage vacuum lines (HDPE) to Future plots and to install monitoring devices for vacuum chambers.
Installation of Chilled water lines with dia.100, 150, 200, 250 & 400 mm lines (Pre-Insulated GRE pipes) to Future plots from the main lines of core pipe dia.800 mm and jacket pipe 1000mm.
Installation of Potable water & New water (DI pipes) with dia. 100, 200, 250 & 300 mm and to connect future plots.
Installation of 2 Nos. Fire Hydrant pumps with duty 2000 GPM @ 8 bar pressure, Jockey pump, related pipe works and Electrical works inside FIRE PUMP ROOM.
Installation of 1000 kva new standby Generator for Fire Hydrant and sprinkler pumps.
2. White Bay - Phase-1, Umm Al Quwain. (Post Contract works)
Construction of Infrastructure works for the development of 465 villas and 30 nos. Of high rise buildings.
Construction of Concrete Potable water and Irrigation tank including Pump room with Pumps and related MEP works.
Earthwork bulk filling for road embankment and to raise plot levels.
All types of utilities like Potable water, Irrigation, Drainage, Sewerage, Telecom etc.
Road works including Street lighting, Road signs, Footpath etc.
Marine works which include Construction of a manmade island by filling with dredging and dry filling methods and edge treatments.
Ground improvement works for the 465 villa plots with stone columns.
Construction of retaining wall throughout the beach.
In-situ piling works for bridge abutment, pillars and retaining walls.
Dubai International Airport Terminal-II Expansion (Phase-II)

The project scope was to expand the Dubai airport terminal-2 building, which includes construction of Airport operation and crisis centre building and Service compound building.
From setting out of the buildings to handing over to the client Dubai Civil Aviation.
Works include all civil works, interior, external glazing, steel structure works, cladding & MEP works.
1. Kalba Desalination Plant, Sharjah, UAE (Post Contract works)
Construction of Office buildings, Chlorination & Laboratory Building,
Construction of Pumping station which takes water from sea and to pump the water to desalination plant 1.2km away.
Laying of 1800mm dia. GRP pipe from onshore intake structure to Pumping station and 1100 dia. GRP Pipe from Pumping station to onshore Outfall structure.
Laying 2.2km of 1100 and 1200 mm dia. GRP pipes from Pumping station to Desalination plant.
2. New Al Garhoud Bridge, Dubai, UAE (Post Contract works)
Construction of New Al Garhoud Bridge with 7+7 tracks across creek to connect Bur Dubai and Deira.
Demolition of existing bridge after construction of new bridge.
Construction of cofferdam for piling of bridge pillars.
Road works connecting this bridge and street lighting.
Construction of retaining wall for the approach road on both sides of the bridge.
