Handles inquiries, correspondence, and technical clarification queries with accuracy and provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Evaluate and prepare Submission packages (RFQ, Pre-qualifications, Techno-commercial submittals) for various EPC/Clients by incorporating the scope of work, Specifications, BOQ, Compliances, Vendor list, etc.
Responsible for the verification of pre & post-sales and shipping documents (LC, Delivery notes, Invoice, BL, COO, etc.)
Follow up and coordinate with Finance, operation, and logistic team for the delivery of materials and to ensure the materials are being delivered to customers as per the project schedule and agreed on payment terms.
Support Clients with product training & installation practices & resolve customer complaints, warranty claims & issues
Maintain sales-related records and convert them into a monthly report to monitor and analyze the progress of the sale.
Conduct global Market research and Support the Regional sales teams by providing analysis, insight, and actionable recommendations to drive data transparency results accountability, and profitable growth.
Responsible for implementation and monitoring of all mechanical-related works at the work site as per approved drawings,
specifications, and procedures

• Preparing technical qualifications for any deviations according to the project specification along with costing.

and creating final documentation as per project requirement.
