Receive export orders from overseas customers via email and analyzes them to complete on time.
Communicate with logistics / warehouse team to ensure the availability of goods to issue pro-invoice.
Follow up with customers for purchase orders and payment as per the agreed terms.
Negotiate with Freight forwarders and arrange the best shipment in terms of rate and service.
Prepare complete set of documents pertaining to export shipping documentation based on payment and delivery terms.
Confirm the correctness of export documents with supplier and arrange to courier the original documents to the customer.
Coordinate with accounts team to ensure all the entries are made and stock outwards are passed
Create reports of all shipments, including payment, destination, and other aspects to be presented at monthly board meetings
Managing documentation of exports.
managing all supply chain activities.
Negotiating the services of 3rd party carriers, couriers.
Ensuring achievement of set targets
Planning and scheduling the delivery of goods and cargoes
Maintaining customer relationship and identifying their key needs.
