A world-class, full-conversion refinery that covers about 5.2 million square meters in the Yanbu
Industrial City. YASREF will use 400, 000 barrels per day (bpd) of Arabian heavy crude oil to produce premium
transportation fuels, as well as high-value refined products for both international and domestic markets. The products
include 90, 000 bpd of gasoline, 263, 000 bpd of ultra-low sulfur diesel, 6, 200 metric tons per day(mtd) of pet coke,
1, 200 (mtd) of sulfur, and 140, 000 tons per year of benzene.
Responsibilities:
* Identify and provide the manpower requirements & plan and involve Pre commissioning, commissioning and start-up activity.
* Attend the walkthrough for systems and equipment and prepare and clear the punch list using MPCS.
* Witness for SAT of all electrical equipment as per company standards.
* Coordinate and supervise work of contractors including liaison with vendors
* Resolve problems and defects in the process machinery in consultation with the
Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC), a joint venture between the government and the private sector, built on two ambitious
projects to modernize Mina Al-Ahmadi Refinery, namely the MAA-Refinery Modernization Project (MAA-RMP) (which was completed
in 1984) and the Further Upgrading Project MAA-FUP (which was commissioned in 1986). Within the framework of these two
projects, 29 new units were built at this refinery which has now become one of the world’s modern refineries in terms of both
refining capacity, which exceeds 460, 000 bpd and the advanced technology it employs.
Responsibilities:
* Carrying out the preventive, breakdown & shutdown maintenance activities in accordance with schedule.
* Organizing and implementing earliest completion of any major breakdown in the fields.
* Responsible for the observance of safe work practices within the field and Substation areas.
* Carrying out the applicable codes of practice & standards for repair work.
* Providing technical direction to subordinates on fault finding diagnoses and repairs.
* Coordinating with other group leaders within the maintenance department.
* Maintaining history card for all Electrical equipment in Substation and Field.
* Working closely with Maintenance Planning group and updating maintenance work.
* Preparing of daily & monthly reports, time sheets, etc

Spacecraft programs. The Centre is entrusted with the responsibility of research and development of Earth Storable and Cryogenic
Propulsion systems and delivers Engines,
Experience in Refinery and Petrochemical Plant at Fractionator, Hydrocracker, Hydrogen Production Unit, Gas processing
Unit, Sulphur Recovery Unit, Utility, Air Separation Unit and Distillate Hydro Treater of leading Government Companies in Saudi /
Kuwait/ India.
Career Profile
* Involve Construction, Pre- commissioning, Commissioning and Start-up for Substation and Plant Electrical equipment at Refinery
and Petrochemical.
* Manage and direct the execution of planned and breakdown maintenance and repairs of all electrical equipment in field and
substation.
* Plan and supervise the provision of efficient and economical electrical equipment services in support of maintenance activities.
* Ensure availability of adequate manpower, materials, spares, tools and equipment guided by standard procedures.
* Investigate and troubleshoot electrical maintenance problems. Implement fault-finding routines and procedures, diagnoses
problems and take appropriate action.
* Monitor all work carried within the electrical discipline to ensure that safety rules and regulations are being followed.
* Knowledge of Computer Maintenance Management System (SAP).
* Soft knowledge in MS office packages.
