a. Development of PFDs & PIDs for planning and designing stages.
b. Issue of conceptual diagrams for detailed engineering of the systems & equipments.
3. Detail Engineering:
a. Analysis of design requirement & design standards i.e, HEMA, TEMA & ASME
b. Basic engineering of concepts for the application of standards i.e, GA drawings
c. Detailing of the basic engineering i.e, Part drawings and fabrication drawings
4. Structural Engineering:
a. Design of support structure and analysis of the same for failure safe operations under static load conditions.
5. Procurement activities & Vendor development:
a. Sourcing the suitable vendors.
b. Inquiry floating.
c. Documentation of commercial offers & comparison.
d. Finalization of L1, L2 & L3 vendors.
e. Commercial negotiation co-ordination.
f. Co-ordination for DO issual.
6. Co-ordination activities to ensure delivery:
a. Co-ordination & follow-up with the manufacturers and suppliers.
b. Periodic visits to suppliers to ensure the development stages committed.
c. Quality assurance checks at every stage of developments.
d. Certification of the critical stages as per requirement for pressure vessels.
e. Ensuring parallel activities to suit the delivery and installation of out sourced items.
