Develop & Implements a set of Project-wide Standards for the application of CAD Design. With the Senior Engineers and Design Coordinator, monitors the use of Standards. Maintains knowledge of Standards and opportunities for the beneficial improvements to the CAD Design process. Maintains availability to assist CAD Technicians in performing work during periods of high work load.
•Utilities technical manuals and directive to establish process and procedures for compliance with codes and company policies. Familiar with various standards and codes such as ANSI, PFI and ASME.
•Works with CAD Team to monitor compliance with CAD Standards.
•Compiles data and performs dimensional and routine calculations required for the preparation of drawings. Understands orthographic (2D) Isometric (3D) Design and supplier/manufacturer Drawings
•Assist with/performs CAD Technician responsibilities in response to workload demands.
•Perform other responsibilities associates with this position.
•Responsible for Preparing Presentation drawings Civil and Structural layout Drawings and detailed Shop drawings including bar-bending schedule for High-rise buildings (4B+28, 4B+44, 4B+34, 4B+44) Villa Projects (650, 450, 350, 170), Residential & commercial Buildings and Infrastructure Projects & Underground parking projects.
•Served as Draughtsman with all Utility Design Engineers.
(Irrigation, Potable, Sewer, Storm, Electrical, Telecom, Gas) Making of Plan and Profile drawings, Cross sections, etc., Worked with various discipline engineers like Mechanical Civil, Structural, Architectural etc.
Strictly following company Quality/CADD Standards.
•Supporting Logistic Department to make drawings as per site conditions.
•Preparing general layouts, sketches, cut sheets, detailed plan & profiles for civil utilities (Potable Water, Irrigation, Storm water, Sewer, Electrical, Telecom, Gas, District Cooling, Service Corridor etc., ) Roads
Preparation Presentation drawings for major layouts for 400/220 & 132kV Substations (Civil, Electrical & Cable layouts, Handling of drawings for the Substations and submitting the drawings for necessary approval from Authorities.
Projects
400, 220/33kV & 132/11kV Substation building projects for Abu Dhabi Water & Electricity Authority.
Working drawings and all types of Civil, Architectural and RCC Structure Presentation Drawings for High-rise Building, Delhi Metro, Residential villas, Hospitals, Bridges, indoor Stadium, Swimming pools etc.
Preparation of working drawings Elevation Details, Section details and Municipal approved drawings
