✓ Introduced Opex Model in PCO
✓ Introduced Alternate Trade Channel concept in Kerala Telecom and appointed 6 New Channels.
✓ Initiated Modern Trade Channel sales.
✓ Successfully planned and rolled out 358 New Towns.
✓ Completed One Yellow Belt, Green belt and Black Belt projects.
✓ Initiated & Launched Choose Your Own Mobile Number in Prepaid.
✓ Launched innovative & low cost visibility campaign to increase the brand presence.
