Web Security
Firewall Change management \[ Approval & Implementation\]
Spam Filtering
External Storage Device
Malware Incident Remediation.
Responsibilities also include:
Recruit, retain, develop and maintain qualified team of security analysts/ senior analysts and vendors to perform the security operations.
To Direct & oversee the performance of the services delivered & to document service level issues.
To provide strategic and operational direction ensuring objectives & service metrics are achieved.
Managing the risks appropriately.
To coordinate operational processes and supporting tools, technologies and to drive security initiatives identified in the information security strategy and roadmap.
Cross Functional collaboration with other information security team. \[ Risk, Governance, Compliance, Access Management & Security Awareness team \]
To collect, compile, verify and present Regulatory data submissions related to the service operations ( RBI, MAS, HKMA, QCB & other local regulators )
