JOB DESCRIPTION
•Working as a Supervisor in the Machine Shop.
•On hand experience in the maintenance and overhaul of rotating equipments used in Refinery and Gas Plants like Pumps, Steam Turbines, Compressors, IC Engines, different types of vaves, Soot Blowers, Motor Operated Valves, Mixers, Vertical Pumps, Fin Fans, ID Fans, FD Fans, Gear Boxes, Clutch etc.
•Preparation of Work Reports and Manpower Plans.
•Supervision and Operation of Machines.
•Supervision of jobs like Pipe Bewel cutting, Flange Facing Machine, API Premier Connections standard, Lathe (Turner), Vertical Lathe, Milling, Shaping, Drilling, Slotting, Horizontal and Vertical Boring Machine.
•Turbine Jobs.
•Gate valve, Ball valve, Orbit valve, Safety valve, Check valve, Plug valve, Choke valve, Butterfly valve, Needle valve, Globe valve Seat, Spindle, Shaft, Body machining.
•Cargo Pump Fittings, Engines, Generator, Crank, Cam, Turbocharger, Sea Water Pump, Cowl Pump, Sum pump, Crown, Connecting rod, Rotar, Impeller, Piston, Piston Crown.
