Working as a IT Specialist engineer
Responsibilities:
• Configuring Virtual machines, Storage Accounts, Resource groups, Configuring and Managing Azure Active Directory
• Configuring Citrix VDI accounts, Configuring Apple mac laptops and OS upgradation and applications installation JAMF console
• Perform installation, evaluation, maintenance, and problem resolution for the MECM server and DPs as well as release management deployments to PCs globally
• Assisting local team with integration of imaging activities through MECM. Remediating OSD deployments by following up the logs and resolving them.

• Performing the AD clean up by deletion the inactive machines from AD. This will help us to improve the overall compliance.
• I am also responsible for securing an organizations computer systems. Manage and configure anti-virus software (Falcon CrowdStrike ), encryption tools, and other security measures to prevent unauthorized access to the system and protect against malware and othercyber threats.
