Manage End to end Payroll for 100 employees - WPS and Non-WPS.
Initial point of contact for queries and issues related to payroll
Prepare final settlement for the leavers as per the UAE labor law.
Prepare reports related to payroll-monthly basis/adhoc, yearly payroll schedule.
Manage absenteeism, sick leaves in line with the UAE labor law.
Initiate & support in the Annual increment process
Initiate and deploy incentives in line with the company policies and allocated budget.
Organize the yearly Performance appraisals along with the line managers, ensuring to have a
transparent rating with a mutual agreement between the Manager and employee.
Formulate and update the local HR process and policies in line with the UAE law
Employee record management for the existing staff and new joiners
Liaise with the vendors for the yearly renewal of employees’ health insurance.
Employee Relations including medical insurance, grievances settlements etc
Assisting the management in all HR related functions
Employee record management
Recruitment and coordination activities.
Arranging for the visa deposit and arrival of new employees.
Visa/Labor card/Emirates ID - renewal/initiation process in liaise with the PRO.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Perform initial screening of candidates.
Performing candidate reference check.
Preparation of employee contracts and letters of offer.
Setting up of HR policies, amendment and review.
Tracking staff daily working hours and consolidating the data, reporting to management.
Conduct surprise audit in order to evaluate staffs productivity and to ensure company
policies are adhered.
Reconciliation of payroll related General Ledger accounts.
Termination and redundancy calculations as required.
* Performed Payroll administration and finance related tasks for reputed Global companies like
Scotiabank, 20th Century Fox Studios, Washington Post, Rio Tinto, Dynegy, INTEGRIS Health, GAF Materials Corporation
* Finalize the day's balance, and prepare and print management reports.
* Expertise in account Management to include accounts receivable/payable.
* Investigate and reconcile discrepancies when they occur.
* Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations,
to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
* Establishing table of accounts and Assigning entries to proper accounts
* Preparing periodic reports to compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
* Follow ups on pension related queries and maintains the payroll feeds for the process.
* Automation of process using MS Office and other acounting tools to reduce the time and to
provide a high quality in work.
* Preparation of Pension/payroll calendars to be reviewed by Client Trust.
* Responsible for High Level Document reports, Production Report for Payroll.
* Provides helpful hand for Pension Payroll and to critical Actuarial Calculations.
* Plays an important role in Quality Analysis and Quality requirements.
* Supervise a team of 20 employees and perform quality review and preparation of
analysis report for management.
