 Manage End to end Payroll for 100 employees - WPS and Non-WPS.
 Initial point of contact for queries and issues related to payroll
 Prepare final settlement for the leavers as per the UAE labor law.
 Prepare reports related to payroll-monthly basis/adhoc, yearly payroll schedule.
 Manage absenteeism, sick leaves in line with the UAE labor law.
 Initiate & support in the Annual increment process
 Initiate and deploy incentives in line with the company policies and allocated budget.
 Organize the yearly Performance appraisals along with the line managers, ensuring to have a
transparent rating with a mutual agreement between the Manager and employee.
 Formulate and update the local HR process and policies in line with the UAE law
 Employee record management for the existing staff and new joiners
 Liaise with the vendors for the yearly renewal of employees’ health insurance.
 Employee Relations including medical insurance, grievances settlements etc
 Assisting the management in all HR related functions
 Employee record management
 Recruitment and coordination activities.
 Arranging for the visa deposit and arrival of new employees.
 Visa/Labor card/Emirates ID - renewal/initiation process in liaise with the PRO.
 Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

 Termination and redundancy calculations as required.
