• Building project plan, tracking and updating it as and when required.
• Managing in-house team, training and developing them and tracking their productivity to review performance.

Managing the complete full service project life cycle including Requirement gathering, project planning, resource planning, execution, quality check, delivery and feedback ( voice of custom).
