Role:
o Assist internal auditor manager to prepare Annual Audit Plan for the department by identifying major risks, resource requirements and timings.
o Manage Audit team and being responsible for the day to day running of the audit & ensure that Audit Plan is achieved, Regulatory assignment are duly completed and Regulatory findings are duly tracked for closure.
o Extensive experience in performing Standard Operating Procedures and Process review, quarterly reviewing and annual statutory audits.
o Individually Perform Regulatory audit’s “SAMA & CCHI” on quarterly basis for Motor & Health portfolios.
o Specialist in identifying the risk & its mitigation controls assessment based on process walk-through.
o Specialist in performing the review of Claims, Policy Servicing, Underwriting, Complaints Management, Sales, Finance, Human Resource, Operations & strategy.
o Administration of Fixed Assets
o Supervise Payment processing and recording.
o Testing of AML and Anti-Fraud program & procedure.
o Evaluation of inherent & residual operational risks compiled in risk library using RCSA methodology
o Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s findings and presenting the document process of
audit work and recommendations to Head of Internal Audit.
(Credit & Debit Cards) - FRMU
Role:
Safe guard the FBL bank Credit & Debit Cards portfolio from possible financial exposure & ensure
that fraud losses are well within the pre-defined budgets.
Analyze the risk factors and Fraud Trend by utilizing technical data analysis and statistical for
Credit / Debit Card transactions portfolio.
Enforce new measures combating fraud and make the existing process more reliable and efficient
pertaining to consumer products with effective monitoring and detection through various
Detection systems (Falcon, VISA Risk Manager & FAWS).
Developed Fraud Monitoring Rules and ensure that they are robust enough to pro-actively identify
frauds.
Implementation of Experts Rules in Falcon & Visa Risk Manager for following fraud trends:
Skimming & Counterfeit Cards Transactions.
Lost & Stolen Cards Transactions.
NRI Card Transactions.
Internet Suspicious Transactions.
Local & International Transactions with Ricky MCCs.
Multi Countries Transactions with in an Hour.
Achieved the averagely 95% Fraud Detection ratio throughout the year against the define
benchmark of 90%.
Implement Monthly & Quarterly Fraud Analysis based on risk factor and share With Fraud
Committee.
Design the Continuity of Business plan (COB) for Fraud Detection Unit and successfully
implementation of the COB.

My Main role is to supervise the daily functions of Fraud Detections team (Credit & Debit cards)
associated to Fraud Risk Management Unit (FRMG).
Developed reports based rules in Excel & Access for debit cards portfolio for manually monitoring
transactions.
Development & review report of Secure Code transaction.
o Design of daily Credit Card analysis & parameters performance MIS for managerial review.
o Ensure all the rules in detection system are 100% fetching transitions as per define Criteria.
o Conduct quality /sample checks of transactions reviewed by the detection team to provide
feedback & training to improve their productivity.
o Daily review of MasterCard Alert & take necessary actions on them.
o Initiate charge-backs wherever feasible for fraudulent transactions as per association rules by
coordinating closely with the Operations team.
o Hiring & Training Of Staff for Credit Card Detections team.
Research & establish mentioned below Authorizations fraud policies & processes for Consumer
Risk Management.
Forced Authorizations Policy & its Process.
Referrals Processing Policy & Process.

Ensure 100% implementation of above mentioned policies & monitor its adherence by the
departments.
Designed & Implementations of Card & Account Blocking Matrix for credit cards product across all
the function of the bank.

o Processing of Balance Transfer Facility (BTF) requests for Customer Services Unit (CSU).
