• Receiving incoming inventory and moving inventory as required
• To manage and coordinate the production off-site.
• To resolve inventory/picking discrepancies by working with the concerned team
• To perform warehouse transfers daily and create documentation for Warehouse Transfer log.
• To ensure the warehouse items that arrive from the shipment are sorted and stored.
• To ensure the items are not damaged and the packages are verified according to the orders and invoices.
• To report the order damage, mismatch in quantity, and bar code scanning in the Vendor Compliance Form.

• Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and service knowledge requests.
• Process customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures.
• Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
• keep all customer documentation organized and filed accordingly.
• Act as the liaison to the customer's carriers communicating daily requirements.
• Schedule all inbound products with customer carriers and update Dock planning reports communicating
workload to Shift Supervisors.
• Attending customer pickups as needed.
• Communicate to customers all inbound appointments, delays, and outbound order shipments.
• Act as the main contact to all customers inbound/outbound carriers/couriers ensuring all documentation is
signed, scanned, and emailed to customers and filed.
