Companies include Travel & Tourism, Hospital, Property management, Distribution of different foods and general grocery items. Duties included but not limited to:
•Managing overall financial & administrative tasks of the company.
•Liaison with major customers, suppliers, companies & banks etc.
Supervision of general ledger accounts \[ERP SAP\].
•Successfully managed Payables & Receivables (monthly ageing, invoice discrepancies, matching etc.)
•Processing monthly Payroll & other Payments via bank transfer & manual cheques.
•Budgeting with Monthly MIS reporting. (Variance & Expense Analysis).
•Maintained Fixed Asset register.
•Bank Reconciliation Statements.
•Accruals & Prepayments with Daily, Monthly & Yearend Closing.
•Ensure all accounts are in accordance with IFRS and IASs.
•Transition from Tally to ERP SAP.
•Liaison with external Auditors for completion of Annual audits of Accounts.
•Liaison with internal Audit department regarding various processes & internal controls.
•Analysis of current processes & recommendation to improve efficiency & productivity.
Trainee in Revenue and Budget departments.
•Review and report for Actual and Target Collection and variance analysis.
•Parking and Posting of Documents and Invoices (SAP).
Duties includes but not limited to:
• Control complete books of accounts and prepare monthly and yearly management reports for management
• Analyze the management processes and give suggestions to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
• Auditing the accuracy of processes and operations of different departments.
• Dealings and resolving issues with Corporate Customers and Suppliers.
• Inventory, Procurement and Supply chain management.
• Keeping up to date with market developments and competitors.
• Follow up with all related Banks.
