• PKR 1.5 billion (US$25 million) bond issue for Bank AL Habib Limited
• Acquisition of 6.40% shares of Prime Commercial Bank Limited through tender offer by ABN AMRO Bank N.V. (PKR 409 million - US$ 7 million)
• Acquisition of 20.22% shares of Habib Metropolitan Bank Limited by Habib Bank AG Zurich through tender offer (PKR 4.1 billion - US$68 million)

• PKR 5.28 billion (US$88 million) IPO of Kot Addu Power Company
• PKR 1.1 billion (US$18.3 million) IPO of United Bank Limited; the third largest bank in Pakistan
• Managed the proposed privatization of Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works - led the corporate restructuring process as well as due diligence activities of the financial advisory consortium
Project: Novartis Consumer Health Canada Inc. Mississauga, ON, Canada
• Implemented an industry-leading policy that eliminated returned products from retailers resulting in savings of over $1 million annually
• Improvements in revenue, market share & profitability increased EBIT by $1.65 million
Project: Husky Injection Molding Systems Inc. Bolton, ON, Canada
• Identified and installed improvements in processes that led to a 17% decrease in direct labour hours applied per machine as well as a reduction in build duration of 4 days
• Project resulted in annualized savings of US$4, 800, 000 and a ROI for the company of 6.3:1
