Role: Maintaining harmony between different work units of Organization.
Application Software: Excel/BNCC/CFMS/CRM

Scale of Operations:
• Initiation of daily work, providing division with POQ (Processing order query) giving targets to achieve in same day along with faults to be rectified.
• Taking Follow up actions, providing back end support regarding technical issues, Initiating call activity (Customer feedback and denied customer).
• Preparing reports for Management about daily productivity
• Continuous monitoring of productivity software (BNCC, CFMS) for new orders and faults, providing Inventory/ logistics to divisions.
• Continuous check on available technical Resources.
