The UAE Ministry of Health (MoH) is the Public and Private Sector Health Regulatory Organisation in UAE. The federal entity mission is to enhance and develop the health system in compliance with international standards through effective legislation and strategic partnerships with local and international participants.
Brought on board as a key player in the development, opening, and implementation of new Training and Development Centre in Sharjah. The Training and Development Center’s prime objective is to enhance and improve the skills and knowledge of UAE healthcare professionals.
The center will also be training local healthcare professionals on the Ministry’s policies and guidelines, internationally adopted healthcare programs, as well as research and evidence-based practices that can address the UAE’s healthcare needs. It will cater for both public and private sector, in providing quality learning and development to its entire workforce, and reveal an opportunity to develop an integrated and coordinated service to enable sharing of knowledge in the field of science and medicine.
As the director, I develop and execute a strategy that ensures the center attains a world-class status, gains awards, and is the benchmark of healthcare training and development in the region.

The Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) employees a workforce of about 8, 900 employees who constantly endeavour to see that both the quantity and quality of services provided are of the highest standards in consistency and reliability.
Developing, leading, and driving the corporate strategy department, I formulated strategies formulation, executed on them, drove process improvements, and effectively communicated strategies to all stakeholders.
► Led the research and analysis as a critical input to the annual strategic plan update while ensuring corporate strategy was aligned with national and regional agendas and plans.

Carrefour, part of Majid Al Futtaim Retail, has become the most dynamic, fast-moving and exciting hypermarket chain in the region and shared its growth with more than 22, 000 employees from more than 68 nationalities in more than 16 countries
Overseeing the Learning & Development activities for all branches of the company in 16 countries around the world, I ensured training modules and materials aligned with company culture and values. Traveling to each location, I collaborated with local leaders, assessed, audited and guided all Learning & Development activities at each location.
► With Majid Al Futtaim Retail Carrefour, I created from scratch and executed a comprehensive learning and development strategy for the entire company. Part of that was an internal Learning Management System, MAF Carrefour’s first online learning center. Collaborating with e-learning designers on project scope, functionality, and outcomes, I ensured the success of the project.
► Developed internal modules on soft and hard skills for trainers and managers to use when training their teams to enhance programs and increase efficiency.
► Designed and implemented corporate Learning & Development policy as part of overall update of all HR processes.
► Developed succession planning for all management positions and designed personal development plans (PDP) for managers.
