● Understood the lifecycle process of the onboarding of employees & companies in the procurement life cycle
and how to assess the vendors and do risk analysis.
● Went through a different department in which I learned how the bank manages the electricity and how they
aim to reduce and be more efficient in their energy consumption.
● Vendor management how to do LOP (letter of purchase) and how to negotiate with vendors to get the
lowest cost for the best quality and using bidding tactics such as Japanese bidding to reduce vendor cost.
