Within this brief period I gained a worthwhile and enriching experience into retail occupation by working within ladies fashion. My main duties were to deliver the very best service possible to customers and potential customers alike. Responsibilities involved carrying out all necessary sales, organising and maintaining an optimum level of stock on the shop floor, communicating with customers politely and cheerfully, whilst handling any complaints with upmost professionalism. I also had the opportunity to hone in on my creative design skills by assisting with visual merchandising, with my ideas being welcomed and taken on board to improve our target performance.
