Main Duties & Responsibilities
•Update organizational structure when required.
•Implement promotion requests for all UAEU staff and faculty.
•Implement acting decrees issued by the Chancellor and Vice Chancellor for all UAEU staff and faculty.
•Prepare reports related to the available manpower, and the extent of the shortage and surplus in the departments and colleges, including proposing appropriate solutions for them, depending on the approved Emiratization plan.
•Coordinate with Procurement department when signing contracts with external Recruitment Agencies.
•Align all job titles with the approved career path and propose appropriate job titles based on the job description whenever needed.
•Work on Emiratization initiatives.
