• Event planning, design and production while managing all project delivery elements within time limits
• Liaise with clients to identify their needs and to ensure customer satisfaction
• Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality
• Organize facilities and manage all event’s details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc
• Specify staff requirements and coordinate their activities
• Understanding the complex needs of different events, and diverse clients
• Strong knowledge of venues and vendor offerings while taking clients on tours of venue possibilities
• Issuing invoices and collecting payments in a timely manner, and creating comprehensive and readable financial reports.
• Communicating with marketing team to create effective advertisements for each event.
• Managing and overseeing events on the day of, including problem-solving, welcoming guests,
directing event set-up, communicating with staff, and organizing vendors, and managing take-down.
Contact customers in order to solve the situation with them by different ways.
• Responsible for ensuring maximum customer satisfaction while keeping a professional, Attitude.
• Conducting surveys with customers to insure they are satisfied with our services
• Handling inquires such as (parts price, booking appointments, complaints, etc.)
• Responsible for keeping targets which is calculated on daily, weekly, monthly.
• To handle and resolve customer concerns and enquiries in a respectful, courteous and polite manner and to ensure that AAB customers remain satisfied.
• To provide excellent customer service through telephone interaction and conducting customers satisfaction surveys.
Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
•Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
•Establishes policies by entering client information; confirming pricing.
•Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
•Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
•Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
•Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
•Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
