Working within the International music entertainment group primarily focusing on X Factor and various artists in the early stages of their career. Initially tasked with a range of activities such as arranging auditions, booking backing vocalists and dealing with travel, networking and reviewing performance locations ahead of schedule.
This then moved into more of a commercial role when my duties included negotiating contracts and fees, managing artists to make career decisions, developing strategies and foreseeing a long term business plan. In my final 5 months I was also involved in liaising with entertainment agencies, WME and Insanity Group.
