▪ Prepared and calculated overall staff package costs for the annual financial plan (manpower budget) for
the Director General and Finance Department approval.
▪ Reviewed annually the Organization Structure to ensure its relevance to the effectiveness of the work
for all departments.
▪ Undertook all recruiting administration activities such as CV short listing, interviewing candidates, offer
negotiation and contracts preparation and renewal.
▪ Developed the HR requirements to be implemented in ERP system to drive business improvements and
make recommendations to higher management.

▪ Oversaw payroll and government relations in addition to all final settlement processes.
