Responsibilities
Hold overall responsibility for success of IDC conferences
Quality & Quantity of Attendees across Roadshow & Custom engagements
o Manage & Invite C level delegates for IDC and custom events
o Manage, Invite and monitor attendee acquisition for Roadshows
Manage all administration and logistics for IDC events (including site research and selection, negotiating and contracting with hotels and suppliers, on-site management)
Manage individual event budget ensuring prescribed margin is achieved
Manage preparation of all written materials for the event
Manage all conference databases (end user)
Manage conference budgets, achieve profit target for IDC conferences
Liaison with local sponsors before and after each event
Team Management: Guide & mentor team, daily activity sheet, registration updates individually, training team
Team of 2 and more than 10 during the event
Travel to events as required and co-ordinates all aspects of on-site operation.
Propose new areas of conference delivery and custom events projects within the region of responsibility

1- Presentation for all the upcoming ideas in the project.

3- Reporting with all the events requirement and updates
- Ministry of Education (MOE) worked in the IEFE event- FEB 13th - 17th as:
1- Coordinating all speakers' required starting with their visas procedures, flight reservations reception, and hotel reservation, till event payment.
2- Crowd management.
3- Registration management.
4- Sponsors and Exhibitors management.
5- Workshops management.
6- Outsourcing management.
7- Reporting.
