Sales Performance Reporting
Preparing daily & weekly sales reports and tracking sales performance vs.
previous periods and targets as well as preparing ad-hoc reports on the
performance of individual product categories & brands
Preparing the department’s monthly report on sales performance of
different channels & business units for the CEO from multiple data sources
Sales Budgeting & Forecasting
Developing the annual sales budget based on management guidelines for
the Modern Trade and Horeca channel as well as consolidating the overall
budget for the retail department
Liaising with various channel heads and external departments to develop
the monthly forecast and track its accuracy vs. actual performance
Database development
Developing customized databases in pivot format for the modern trade
channel and matching data from various sources for easy access and
analysis
Developing and updating the outlet universe of Modern Trade as well as
registering new outlets to ensure coverage
Monitoring reach and coverage of various product categories in modern
trade
• Preparing daily comparative sales & pricing reports & reporting the same on daily basis to all distribution channels
• Compiling & reporting weekly sell through and inventory reports (PSI reports)
• Compiling and preparing bi-weekly and monthly sales analysis reports with the objective of demonstrating performance of individuals phone models across various sales channels as well as total sales volumes for each brand
• Preparing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports of the department’s activities
• Handling the department’s finance related activities such as applying for budget, keeping track of expenditure and settling payments
• Supporting in company events such as Gitex, conferences, etc
• Settling Mass Media activities with Headquarter office and internally on quarterly basis
• Analyzing ATL & BTL activities ( budget allocation and channel)
• Conducting small scale internal surveys
• Liaising with research agencies for brand/advertising related tracking survey
• Updating and improving the Farsi Website
