 Reduced employees turnover percentage: I created a survey to understand
why employees were leaving our company, based on the analysis of the
survey results, I developed a retention plan resulted in increased employee’s
satisfaction, improved performance, and reduced the turnover.
 Created an employee handbook to strengthen employee understanding of
company culture, business priorities, procedures, and HR polices.
 Decreased the cost of health insurance by close monitoring and
communication.
