SALES RELATED:
- Maintain a log for daily customer visits for all sales teams
- Send weekly report to COO and Sales Mangers for daily visits

Sales & Marketing:

- Coordinating admissions and referrals of new patients to their allocated beds.
- Facilitating access to Hospital information and services and explain the hospital administrative policy to patients and their relatives.
- Identifying and resolving problems as expressed by patients through the complaint mechanism.
- Distributing and assisting with the completion of Patient Satisfaction Surveys and educating patients and staff on patients’ rights and responsibilities.
- Providing backup translation to nurses and doctors as required.
- Clarifying, monitoring and following up of the eligibility and financial status of patients in their beds.
- Coordinating discharges and transfers of patients.
- Assembling and maintaining patients’ charts for Medical Records from admission to discharge.
- Entering all charges and services given to the patient on the unit.
- Ensuring the completion of all administrative and financial procedures when the patient is discharged.
- Coordinating with the Executive Director to monitor Statistics Program so as to continually improve and develop the program where necessary, including reporting changes and updates

- Developing and producing statistical reports from various Patient Affairs databases as required
