Attract and hire skilled talents cross al functions at Moro Hub.
▪ Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing to
shortlisting the right talent and caliber in collaboration with the hiring manager.
▪ Define and implement candidate assessment frameworks to ensure standardization
of hiring the right fit both technically and culturally.
▪ Build relationships with Moro‘s hiring managers, to fully understand exact
requirements, provide constant updates on progress and effective end-to-end
service.
▪ Responsible for onboarding process including visa arrangements, welcome pack,
induction and training of new hires to ensure a smooth and effective transition into
the organization.
▪ Build talent pools and candidate pipelines to service future hiring needs of the
business.
▪ Manage Employee exit process such as exit interview, EOS, redundancy packages
and visa cancellations.
▪ Manage the implementation of the performance management process for all
employees & ensure the performance review is effectively completed in accordance
to the SMART objectives.
▪ Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management; such
as review process & structure, career development and disciplinary actions.
▪ Act as the first point of contact for employees for HR-related queries/issues.
▪ Identify processes and system requirements and/or enhancements needed to
support the successful design, development and implementation of HR plans,
programs and tools
▪ Advice Managers on Employee Relations issues in line with Company
procedures/policies including disciplinary, grievance and absence issues.
▪ Prepare & execute monthly payroll such as salaries, schooling allowance, airfare
allowance & claim reimbursement through SAP.
▪ Oversee & manage Retirement Pensions & Benefits Fund Pension Schemes,
ensuring accurate calculations and administer the appropriate adjustments when
necessary in accordance with GPPSA requirements.
Key Achievements:
✓ Successfully delivered large scale niche recruitment activity projects in tight
timeframes.
✓ Created and established a full onboarding process from inception.

visas.
